We at Fallen Letters are committed to delivering high-quality products to our listeners and supporters. However, if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.
Exchange & Return Policy for Apparel
If you'd like to request a size change or aren’t happy with the product you received, you can initiate a return by contacting us at alterfaterecords@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:

Unused and in original condition

For apparel: tags must be intact and unwashed
Once we receive the item(s), we’ll inspect them and process your replacement or refund accordingly.
How Long Will the Process Take?
Once you raise a return request, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address. Please ensure the item is packed and ready. The entire return/exchange process typically takes 7–10 working days.
Refunds for Prepaid Orders
Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method (Bank Account / Card / Wallet).
For direct bank transfers, refund requests must be made within 7 days of return delivery.
Partial Returns
Yes, partial returns are allowed. However, any applied discounts, coupons, or bundle offers will be adjusted accordingly when processing the return.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Some items are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Print-on-Demand Items: Face Masks, DTG-printed T-shirts, Posters, Fridge Magnets

Face Masks: Due to hygiene concerns, no returns/exchanges are accepted
If any of these items arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, do email us at alterfaterecords@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Limit on Returns
A product can only be returned a maximum of two times.
We also reserve the right to decline returns in case of misuse of the return process.
